I can’t speak more highly of my experience with HP support! Was actually very pleasantly surprised! My printer was out of warranty, but they still spent over an hour of time over 2 days with me on the phone trying to get it to work. When it didn’t - they organised a replacement printer to be sent out - it was a fair price, and received 2 days later! What a great company!

They took a month to respond to my query! Now you can assume how much time they will take if we need a pc repair?

Always good. I bought two hp laptops and they both were efficient but the only thing that I would like to see it is to make them have longer age life.

I ordered a laser printer cartridge on February 19 2021. Two days later, the order was gone from my HP account. Two days after that, I received an invoice email and the funds were taken from my CC. The order was still missing from my HP account. I searched the invoice and found a Purolator tracking number. I did not receive a shipping notification email before my order arrived on February 26 2021. I received the shipping notification today, March 7 2021, and the order is now back in my HP account with the status "shipping." Not delivered. But of course the tracking number goes to the Purolator delivery page. HP Store is absolute chaos. No stars for the store. Three stars because I received my item quickly, tho HP might not know it yet.

Purchased a deskjet 2724 when it arrived the setup is a joke. To get the instructions you have to load the app to your phone and find the page that tells you you have to print the instructions from the printer which you have not been told ton nstall the ink cartridges in yet. Why the hell can they not include the instructions!!!!

I consider the HP products to be an incredibly good and worthy investment because as time goes by, their products really stand out. The service is too very responsive and helpful!
If i had to buy a laptop or printer or whatever. I would checkout this brand in the first place!

Blocked my laser printer from printing with non-hp cartridges after automatic firmware upgrade. removed old firmware from website. Costs me a total of 6 hours to fix it. Wasted lifetime. They lost me as customer.I was a fan of hp. My last HP laser printer worked almost 20 years until I fed it with wrong paper. I had a cheaper OKI and a cheaper Lexmark afterwards. Both did not have reliable hardware. I bought a more expensive hp printer again - actually they have become quite cheap also - hoping to get better hardware. I have it for several years now. Printouts are still perfect. No problems - until the artificially created one mentioned in the beginning. If somebody thinks, what printer to buy now. I had also problems with unsupported printer from Canon (InkJet). I have a scanner from epson for years now, that still ships updates for current operating systems. I am currently quite pleased by them. It might be worth to take a look at their products.UpdateFor HP: Hardware is still very good. After being frustrated, the printer is running again and doing a perfect job. I disabled firmware updates. So I update my rating again to something more positive.I had a friend, who later contacted me aobut his Samsung printer (a hand full of years old). I could not get it to print via AirPrint again, because after a reset some setup is required but Mac and Windows software is outdated and does not want to setup the printer anymore. So my final recommendation for printers is: Find some 6 year old model, check the manufacturer's websites for drivers and software for this old printer. Buy a new printer form the one, that supports their hardware. And also: it might be worth to buy a printer, that works with PCL6, PostScript and LPD and prints via network, so any future computer, that supports these standards will be able to print with a generic driver.

I work with music, graphic design, editing film, etc. - so I bought my hp laptop out of livelihood necessity. Tho it started freaking out on me almost a year in, and as frustrating as it was, HP Customer Service along with having had an active warranty, made it all the less of a hassle to get me going again. MUCH APPRECIATED right here, the great service and efficiency. I do believe that matters more in the long run, thx!

Wasn't initially happy with the new SW you had to install, but works well now.

I bought a laptop which came late and damaged - which was bad. The hp online support is awful, as is their twitter support team. However, when I called them, I spoke to a lovely man named Ryan who was extremely helpful, funny and generous. He helped me chose the best option to get a refund/replacement and also gave me a gift voucher as a sorry.

Excellent support! A fatal fall, emailed regarding server fault and get a phone call within the hour, with replacement parts on way
